Your Mission:

As the Sr. Project Manager, Patient Communications and Product Marketing for Patient Cloud, you will work closely with the Directors of Product Marketing and the Vice President, Patient Registries and Recruitment to drive awareness and thought leadership in this rapidly growing organization within Medidata and Dassault Systemes. This role will have direct responsibility for managing the tactical execution and completion of Patient Cloud patient communications and product marketing. To thrive in this role, it will be important that you’re equally comfortable with interacting with multiple stakeholders, market research, analysis, messaging, enablement, campaign creation, and writing content for patient, site, and sponsor/cro audiences. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a fast growing organization within the clinical trials space and can execute with direction as well as take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Support Patient Cloud in executing tactical plans for patient cloud solutions and communications

  • Collaborate across Medidata’s organization to drive a variety of tactics including digital strategy, demand generation, unified campaigns, newsletters, content updates, sales enablement, patient communications, and events

  • Increase the visibility of Medidata’s expertise in patient facing technologies to grow market influence, awareness, and adoption

  • Oversee the execution of thought leadership and educational content to broaden the awareness, understanding, and adoption of our decentralized trial capabilities

  • Initiate, manage, and optimize activities including industry conferences, webcasts, email marketing, patient engagement plans, and digital strategies

  • Manage deliverables within determined timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with Patient Insights Board to amplify voices of Medidata’s Patient Advocates

Your Competencies:

  • Marketing/Product Marketing/Patient Recruitment Experience in Clinical Trials (including Decentralized Clinical Trials) and/or Clinical Trial Technologies

  • Detailed and deadline driven professional comfortable working on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

  • Strategic thinker, inquisitive and able to see the big picture while applying to business needs

  • Strong collaborator, with ability to work with all levels of stakeholders

  • Excellent written and editorial skills and proven content creation experience

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Experience in designing and executing marketing and communications programs to sponsors/CROs, sites, and/or patients

  • Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner

  • Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Your Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life or Social Sciences; Master's degree or MBA a plus

  • Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience, with knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry
