Amazon Sr Marketing Manager, US Federal, US Federal, Public Sector Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts
Description

Key job responsibilities
• Drive the development of messaging, value propositions, marketing content, and go-to-market strategies for AWS Public Sector, including US federal government customers and partners
• Work closely with marketing and sales colleagues and leadership teams to achieve business goals, including lead flow and pipeline development
• Develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, blogs, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how to guides, etc.) to be used online, at live events, and other channels
• Lead the strategy and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to acquire and nurture customer leads
• Manage marketing budget to support demand generation and pipeline development from federal customers and partners
• Develop and execute digital strategies to drive business goals, position AWS as a cloud services leader, and measurably impact our customers missions
• Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and strategies, including: campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation, marketing distribution channels, and campaign schedules
• Dive deep into data to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making for optimized campaign strategies

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience communicating results to stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
