Robert Half Solution Architect in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect based in New York City. This role primarily involves working in the data security software solution industry, where you will be responsible for protecting client data from cyber threats and ensuring the confidentiality of information during testing. The job function revolves around a presales role, where you will be the technical expert during client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data security software solutions to protect client data from cyber threats. • Collaborate with sales teams, providing technical expertise during client meetings. • Test and ensure the integrity of masked data, safeguarding confidential information during the process. • Stay updated on advancements in cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS). • Leverage your knowledge of databases, preferably Oracle or Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, to enhance our solutions. • Collaborate with developers and other team members to optimize the functionality and security of our solutions. • Provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns efficiently. • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends to maintain our competitive edge. • Coordinate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions. • Participate in the entire sales cycle, from the initial client meeting to the final stages of closing the deal Requirements • Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential

• Experience with Oracle is required

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution architecture design and implementation

• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends

• Proven ability to design, optimize and integrate business processes across disparate systems

• Experience in developing, executing and tracking project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is a plus
