What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Talent Specialist, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our growing healthcare network. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you’ll ensure we deliver exceptional hiring experiences while meeting business objectives. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must reside in Massachusetts to align with local needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising on final candidate selections for assigned areas.
Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop diverse and high-quality talent pipelines using cutting-edge sourcing tools, with a focus on healthcare recruitment.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide insights on market trends, and align recruitment strategies to organizational goals.
Deliver a Superior Candidate Experience: Guide candidates seamlessly through the process while maintaining compliance with employment laws and BILH policies.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to track vacancy trends, improve processes, and recommend competitive compensation strategies.
Innovate and Improve: Share recruitment best practices, lead projects, and support process improvements to enhance our talent acquisition function.
What You Bring:
Experience: At least 5 years of high-volume recruiting, ideally within healthcare or a similar industry.
Education: A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Expertise: Knowledge of employment laws, sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and candidate assessments.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications.
Skills: Strong relationship-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
