Amazon Senior Manager, SAP Alliance and Go-To-Market, AWS Partner Field AMER in Boston, Massachusetts

Would you like to be part of a team that is supporting the rapid growth of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) business? AWS is looking for an accomplished Senior Manager to work with a large technology partner team and across AWS to support and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) actions in North America. In this role, you will coordinate closely with multiple AWS sales and partner teams including senior AWS executives, the AWS sales organization, partner organization, business development and professional services. You must have proven track record of successfully delivering and executing strategic programs, collaborating well with business and technical teams, managing GTM teams, have a passion for technology, a high degree of business acumen, and a broad knowledge of sales and business development programs.
Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate across many AWS teams with impact and visibility at the highest levels of AWS
• Develop plans and processes, and routinely communicate and document the measurement and impact of GTM programs to the leadership team, and include program perspectives in other planning processes as needed
• Work jointly with members of the AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services community to coordinate and manage projects to help grow customer base, resulting in more revenue and sales pipeline
• Set and manage the cadence for monitoring performance against goals, ensuring all stakeholders understand and plan for what needs to be delivered throughout the year
• Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and exercises that assist the leadership team in optimizing effectiveness amongst themselves and across the organization in general
• Document processes and collaborate cross functionally to improve processes, tools, and templates to make it simple and easy for teams at all levels to deliver and meet the Amazon quality bar
• Establish credibility and maintain working relationships with partner groups involved with the ISV partner team (Sales, Product Management, Business Development, etc.)
• Directly manage teams or manage managers.
• Take on special projects on an as needed basis to include delivering on narrowly focused tasks to broader ranging initiatives that need definition and the curation of insights
• Assess trends in cloud computing, enterprise IT and Partner industries as input to the ISV's strategy across key industries

Basic Qualifications
15+ years working with large ISV partners
7+ years management of customer facing resources
5+ years’ experience leading high-performance teams in a matrixed environment
5+ years of Migration and Modernization experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
