You will join the Global Enterprise Data Management team that is focused on Data Warehouse, Analytics and Data Governance. Our job is to take data and transform it into actionable, consumable, information that is utilized at the executive levels. You will be a key contributor to Pega’s evolving Data and Analytics strategies.
Picture Yourself at Pega:
As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics, you will be responsible for Architecting and implementing Analytics, reporting and visualization solutions. You will lead Pegasystems efforts to develop insightful and actionable analytics, that will be utilized by Pega leadership. Oversee data analytics, programs and implement new enterprise processes & technologies. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization, leverage cross-functional data and drive strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Architect, Implement and oversee technology roadmap for analytics processes, tools and offerings
Manage, Mentor and Lead a team of 6+ BI Analytics Technologists
Establishes and implement the approach for secured self-service Business Intelligence (Power BI / Tableau)
Develop the data models that will serve as the semantic layer for presentation of the data
Oversees the analytics governance across the enterprise

What You've Accomplished:
10+ years in Enterprise Business Applications / Analytics tools and platforms
5+ years Architecting and leading Business Intelligence transformations (Power BI / Tableau)
3+ years Staff Management, proven builder of talent within the Business Intelligence technology domains
3+ years within a B2B environment
Experience with CRM applications and Lead Generation / Sales analytics
Skilled in data modeling and statistical analysis to drive executive decision-making
Experience selecting and rationalizing Business Intelligence and data visualization tools, like Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, etc.
Understanding of relational database management systems, such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle
Proven knowledge of No SQL solutions such as Hadoop and Cassandra
Proven experience designing and implementing high performing data processing environments and data lakes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
