WelbeHealth Senior ITS Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

The Senior IT&S Project Manager is accountable for working with business and technical stakeholders (namely, Business SMEs, Product team, Architects, Developers, Analytics team, and senior leaders) to plan and execute programs, projects, and business requests for WelbeHealth. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution of projects from inception to implementation. The Senior IT&S Project Manager participates in cross collaboration across various functional teams to handle inter-dependencies, identify issues and risks, and take necessary remediation and mitigation steps. This role oversees multiple project teams of highly skilled professionals, and generates and presents project metrics and status reports.
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee the execution of programs and projects by leading multiple project teams and collaborating with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Business, Technology, Finance, Analytics, and Operations, as well as ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and adhere to budget constraints
Partner with project teams and leadership to develop and enhance processes that promote seamless cross-functional collaboration and efficient execution of complex programs and projects
Plan, define, and implement the program and project roadmap in alignment with stakeholders, driving continuous value addition to the business
Work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendor team collaboration, for successful execution of projects
Define suitable project management methodology: Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban
Drive projects from initiation to rollout, including high level roadmap, sprint roadmap, release management, and implementation management
Lead two (2) to three (3) project/scrum teams concurrently, ensuring that interdependencies are identified and effectively managed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
CSM is required and PMP, SAFe Certifications are preferred
Minimum fifteen (15) years of IT experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of IT project management using Waterfall and agile methodologies
Experience in playing various roles such as Project Manager, Scrum Master, Release Manager, and Implementation Manager
Experience in creating and overseeing implementation plans, release plans, and communication plans
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the health care or health plan industry
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $120,164 - $144,197 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
