Adecco US, Inc. Retail Space Planner in Boston, Massachusetts
Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with an iconic footwear and apparel brand to hire a retail space planner. You WILL NOT be doing store design but will be interacting with the designer agency already in place.
This is an onsite 12 month contract. The pay is $32 - $ 45.75.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the prioritization of cities for fleet expansion and rollout
Supports the analysis and prioritization of key trade zones based on market potential
Supports the pipeline and site selection process
Supports site level mapping
Supports the research and financial modeling necessary to support the business case and REC/PMO AR approval process. AND/OR manages correspondence with LL and third party lease administration vendor
Manages LL/TT consents
Manages day-to-day critical date/dollar tracking
Assists in ad-hoc lease reporting and analysis; related documents
Coordinates and processes daily document flow between manages general administration and coordination of lease and brand, and third party lease administration vendors AND/OR compiles and organizes door and market data for mapping purposes
Creates market maps which prioritize cities, trade zones and venues
Creates market maps for REC and strategic planning purposes
Drives and/or supports market map creation in the store approval process for partner doors.
Support with Concept Toolkits, Fixturing, and Spatial Design.
This position will be supporting Retail Spatial Planning from an operational perspective. Review plans for new retail and pop-up locations to ensure optimized set-up of locations & potentially for factory space planning.
Candidate WILL NOT be doing store design but will be interacting with the designer agency already in place.

Pay Details: $32.00 to $45.75 per hour
