Job Title: Research Administrator
Job Description
Responsible for administrative aspects of grant preparation for sponsored research applications. This role primarily focuses on pre-award processes with the opportunity to gain post-award exposure.
Responsibilities
Manage administrative aspects of grant preparation for sponsored research applications.
Handle pre-award processes and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.
Support the development of grant proposals and budgets.
Collaborate with researchers and staff to gather necessary documentation for grant submissions.
Assist with post-award processes as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in grants management, particularly pre-award processes.
Knowledge of clinical and basic research administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with post-award processes is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment
The team consists of both pre and post-award research administrators. The person must work onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The position reports to the Director of Operations and Administration.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00
