TEKsystems Regulatory Compliance Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
This Regulatory Compliance Project Manager role is on a HYBRID schedule, requiring that the candidate can commute to a Boston, MA office location.
Description:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, Project/Program Manager to join their Financing Solutions Prime Services business. This individual would be responsible for driving the execution of a complex, global program to build a total return swaps offerings for their global Prime Services business. The team the resource will be joining plays an important role in the overall success of the organization. Across the globe, our clients rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability. In your role you will strive to provide cutting-edge solutions, that are straightforward and scalable. You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverables at our best.
Our client needs this Manager to navigate 24 individual internal workstreams interfacing with each business leader, driving the project execution plan, and support the overall Product Development process from the development stage to the program governance & regulatory compliance execution.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience:
• Supporting change management initiative frameworks within a complex regulatory environment. Candidates with experience supporting APAC and/or EMEA regulatory environments are a plus.
• Interacting with upper management across the globe including Managing Directors and Senior Vice Presidents.
• Exhibiting excellent verbal and written communication skills being able to manage across different teams, locations, and disciplines.
• Remaining detail oriented, with the ability to distil and summarize key concepts in writing and present these to a variety of audiences.
• Reporting and presenting to management teams.

Regulatory Compliance experience in a Prime Services office is a major plus.
