Position Overview
Do you have experience supporting sales teams with go-to-market programs to grow the business? If yes, read on! You may be a great match for our Sales Strategy Account Selection Program Manager in Global Revenue Operations at Autodesk. You will be a strategic partner collaborating with teams across sales, operations, marketing, and product. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales Operations in the Global Revenue Operations organization at Autodesk. This is an individual contributor role.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred but hybrid/remote ok
Responsibilities
Play an active role in a major transformation of the account selection and portfolio creation process (from a manual process to a scalable, automated, and data-driven process)
Partner across sales operations and executive sponsors to document the high-level program and vision with associated business roadmap and outcomes
Manage change by understanding important company partners in the organization, and ensure that they are engaged in the right way
Manage account selection and portfolio project plans in appropriate tools and through meetings, from kickoff through completion, ensuring that the team mitigates risks and hits important milestones and deadlines
Facilitate and influence discussions between senior sales executives to manage expectations and to make decisions and commitments
Collect and summarize requirements, partnering with product organizations to ensure that technical development will meet go-to-market team goals
Summarize project status, producing executive-level presentations and communications
Dive into details to lead project delivery and zoom out to contextualize specific information within the broader company strategy
Highlight tradeoffs and ensure that sales and customer experience is top of mind when making decisions
Promote change management and all program related communication and training
Build and deploy enablement strategies (training and communication plans) to ensure sales understands and can use tools, programs, and policies
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 8+ years of program management, business analyst, management consulting, sales/business development or similar experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience managing timelines and cross-functional projects
Experience analyzing business issues, prioritizing for maximum impact against team goals
Experience being a "connector" across teams and managing programs against timelines through to completion
Experience working directly with Sales Leaders to support and influence planning
Understand requirements, user stories
Must be proficient in Salesforce.com, Lightning Salesforce Reporting, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Experience with Anaplan

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,700 and $185,570. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
