<p><strong>Operations Analyst Intern - Summer 2025</strong></p>

<p><strong>Program Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025</strong></p>

<p>*This is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Who We Are</span>:</strong></p>

<p>Wayfair’s Operations organization is revolutionizing the customer experience through the development of a proprietary logistics network and optimization platform that manages the end-to-end supply chain from overseas factories to customer’s front doors. This team works directly with suppliers, vendors, and customers to provide new levels of efficiency and performance. They also interact internally with Product, Engineering and Business Intelligence teams to generate the core analytical insights that enable Wayfair to tackle transportation, warehousing, and delivery challenges. As an Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll develop and execute strategies that generate competitive advantage for Wayfair, and the results of your findings will improve the day-to-day efficiency of a complex and sophisticated global supply chain.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Do</span>:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Leverage data to analyze the Operations organization and develop business cases for strategic initiatives that drive speed, reliability, and cost reduction throughout our supply chain</li>

<li>Create cross-functional partnerships throughout Operations and other areas of the business to solve problems and innovate tools and processes</li>

<li>Build strong relationships and collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and field teams to improve operational performance that can scale with Wayfair’s continued growth</li>

<li>Work effectively with peers and managers by demonstrating high quality communication and teamwork</li>

</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Need</span>:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Currently pursuing a Bachelors or higher with the expectation that degree will be obtained between December 2025 and Summer 2026 with a 3.0 GPA minimum</li>

<li>Must be returning to the course of study following completion of the internship</li>

<li>Ability to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from June 2&nbsp; - August 8, 2025 in our Boston office</li>

<li>You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Strong consultative skills: ability to work effectively and persuasively with a highly cross- functional group of business partners to complete 10 week internship project</li>

<li>Strong business acumen: ability to understand how various parts of the business interact; can identify and approach problems from a customer or supplier perspective&nbsp;</li>

<li>Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills: excited about working with and synthesizing big data into actionable insights; comfortable using data software to conduct analyses and synthesize findings&nbsp;</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to summarize and share results with key stakeholders</li>

<li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets</li>

<li>Familiarity with any programming language or motivation to learn and develop the skill-set (Google BigQuery/SQL, R, Python)</li>

</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Wayfair Internship Program</span>:</strong></p>

<p>Our Summer Internship Program is a paid, full-time program in our Boston, Massachusetts office for 10 weeks, June 2-August 8. <li>Events throughout Boston which allow interns to explore what the city has to offer including a Red Sox game, and Boston Harbor boat cruise.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Wayfair’s In Office Expectations</span>:</strong></p>

<p>All Boston-based interns, co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and work remotely Friday.</p>
