You are:

The Work:

  • Engage C-Suite clients on their biggest business challenges.

  • Evaluate actionable solutions to these challenges, the value of these solutions, and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.

  • Design future-proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills.

  • Build organizations from the top down and bottom’s up using leading methodologies and digital tools.

  • Innovate advanced shared service / global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models and organization designs.

  • Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation` to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.

  • Integrate across Accenture to bring the best thinking and leadership across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics as a true end-to-end partner.

  • Lead large project teams and/or highly complex engagements from start to finish, managing both internal and external relationships, issues, risks.

  • Own relationships with C-Suite clients as a trusted expert and influencer to clients with a long-term mindset

  • Become a trusted advisor and thought leader within Accenture and stay current on trends and innovations in your areas of expertise.

  • Champion thought capital development and assets, sharing your perspective both internally and externally.

  • Drive internal practice development / key priority areas.

  • Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.

  • Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.

  • Travel as needed, 80% - 100%

Here’s What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the following:

  • Organization Strategy & Design

  • Operating Model Strategy & Design

  • Shared Services Strategy & Design

  • Client Relationship Building and Management

  • Value Architecture & Realization

  • Storytelling

  • Data analysis & insights generation

  • Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience

Bonus points if you have:

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree

  • Experience in the following:

  • Leadership Strategy / Development

  • Job and Role Design

  • End-to-end enterprise or function transformation implementation

  • Strategic Cost Reduction

  • Growth Strategy

  • M&A

  • Private Equity

  • Managed Service Providers

  • Digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue)

  • Prior experience in Digital Transformation – robotic process automation, generative AI, Agile methodologies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
