The goal is to define standardized business processes, deliver a modern digital experience, and enable the timely deployment of critical technology that can be continuously improved.
The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a user-centered product using agile methodologies and modern software development practices while fostering innovation within the organization. Track project plans and schedules using enterprise reporting tools (e.g., MS Project Online).
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet requirements and ensure customer satisfaction, communicating progress to senior leadership.
Facilitate technical support, including architectural and compliance reviews, and oversee project artifacts.
Manage project risks and issues to mitigate potential barriers to success, escalating concerns to leadership when necessary.
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between vendors, stakeholders, and other organizations, coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
Develop and validate test plans, driving acceptance testing and ensuring readiness for product deployment.
Maintain budget spreadsheets, track vendor billing, and alert management to discrepancies.

Knowledge of organizational change management, including end-user training.
Expertise in project management concepts as defined by PMI, as well as Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
Experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment, with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor information to various audiences and build rapport at all levels of an organization.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, with process redesign experience highly desired.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management processes.
Additional Qualifications:
