Marketing Communications Associate

Outcomes4Me uses AI and machine learning to help cancer patients navigate their care and access personalized treatment information. When patients provide their health information, our free platform offers both doctor-approved and FDA-approved guidance based on their diagnosis, as well as relevant clinical trials and genetic testing the patient should consider. We support over 150,000 breast and lung cancer patients, and recently rolled out a multi-cancer offering.     The position

    Outcomes4Me is hiring a Marketing Communications Associate, reporting to our VP, Marketing & Communications. You’ll play an integral role supporting and engaging our patient members with content and communications as they navigate their diagnosis. You’ll also help us to deliver upon key company projects that support our B2B/life sciences partners. 

    What you’ll do:

  • Manage content editorial calendar (blog, email, and push) and serve as writer/key contributor to these patient-facing content efforts

  • Leverage existing templates to develop creative assets that align with social & content deliverables

  • Manage content entry for corporate website within CMS (Wordpress)

  • Manage corporate social media accounts/editorial calendar, and optimize performance 

  • Support monthly patient webinar program through written promotions and integration into social & content editorial calendars

  • Partner with growth marketing team on CRM execution (e.g. translating content & design into email templates within Iterable), and performance optimization

  • Collaborate with product team to integrate off-app engagement content into in-app experiences

  • Collaborate with B2B deal team & project management to support campaign content creation

  • Liaise with freelance talent supporting marketing communications efforts (e.g. writing, graphic design, video, etc.)

    Who you are:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or corporate communications, preferably within an agency or consulting setting 

  • You’re interested in healthcare and digital health

  • A skilled writer with strong attention to detail

  • Experienced/interested in graphic design 

  • A curious person with a growth mindset

  • A future leader

  • Experience working with tools including Google Suite, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout Social, Iterable (or similar), Wordpress CMS (or similar) 

    This position is a hybrid role, based out of our Boston, Mass. office.
