Insight Global M365 Business Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts
Job Description
An employer is seeking a M365 Business Analyst to join a large biopharmaceutical company in Boston. As the Business Analyst, you will be a key driver in shaping our cloud technology landscape. Your responsibilities will span across technical leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication. You'll collaborate with IT business partners, translate complex technical concepts into non-technical language, and ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions. Additionally, you'll provide onshore support, complementing our offshore teams in managing day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Delegation: Delegate hands-on technical work and tickets to offshore team, and manage, track, and review work.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging features, and best practices related to Microsoft 365.
Bridge the Gap: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Translate Complex Concepts: Articulate technical details in a clear, non-technical manner to facilitate understanding.
Added Layer of Support: Provide additional onshore support alongside our offshore teams.
Troubleshooting: Assist with technical issues, escalations, and incident management.
Compensation:
$55/hour to $65/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of business/systems analyst experience in regulatory environments (pharmaceutical or financial services)
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language
Experience delegating, tracking, and managing work of technical teams or managed service providers
Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).
Experience working with or managing offshore teams
Proven experience driving the adoption of new cloud technologies. null
