Robert Half Graphic Designer in Boston, Massachusetts
Description
Graphic Designer with 5+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid position in Boston. Must have experience as a Graphic Designer within a financial services firm. Must have experience designing investor decks in PowerPoint. Must also have experience incorporating video into deliverables and project managing external vendors. Other deliverables will be primarily print based (no digital). Salary is 80-100K with flex up to 120K depending on experience plus significant bonus potential.
Responsibilities:
Partner with marketing/communications facilitate marketing initiatives.
Oversee all marketing projects, from conceptualization to finished product.
Collaborate closely with key functions across the firm – in particular, investor relations and marketing/communications – to ensure consistency.
Think creatively and develop new materials designed to appeal to target audiences.
Develop, coordinate, and manage a library of photographs, videos, maps, and illustrations required by the business unit.
Develop creative assets that are consistent with the firm brand.
Requirements
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant marketing and branding experience within a financial services firm.
Highly creative and innovative individual with a proven track record of creating aesthetically pleasing materials that help simplify complex concepts.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint.
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is capable of delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and business maturity that builds and leverages relationship to deliver exceptional results.
