Job Title : Director of Enterprise Architecture

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Architecture to lead the development and implementation of our company's technology architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation and excellence in our technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring that technology investments support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Architecture Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the architecture team, ensuring that all technology solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with the company's technology strategy and architecture standards.

Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a technology roadmap that outlines the company's technology plans and priorities, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company's technology strategy. Technology Governance: Establish and maintain technology governance processes, ensuring that all technology investments are properly evaluated, prioritized, and aligned with the company's technology strategy.

Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, ensuring that the company stays ahead of the curve in terms of technology innovation and adoption.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and are properly integrated with existing systems.

Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that technology investments are properly prioritized and aligned with business objectives.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring that the company's technology platforms are secure, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Talent Development: Develop and manage the architecture team, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and expertise to support the company's technology strategy.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in technology architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of technology trends and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with technology governance and budgeting.

  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance.

Certifications: TOGAF, ITIL, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

Health Insurance Industry Experience: Experience working in the health insurance industry, with knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Data Analytics: Experience with data analytics platforms, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data science.

AI Experience: Understanding of the AI landscape and experience with Generative AI solutions

Salary Range: $199,800.00 - $244,200.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
