Position Description:

We are looking for a Director with subject matter expertise in Human Resource Management (HRM) systems for our New England Public Sector.
This leader will utilize their extensive knowledge of HRM platform modernization to drive business development of our CGI Advantage ERP solution. Your prior experience in State and Local C-level leadership or in a HRM-focused role will allow you to hit the ground running with CGI, a prominent state and local ERP leader for over 3 decades.
Ultimately, you will employ and leverage your experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.
This position is located in our Boston, MA office; a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
•Contribute to the development of our Advantage ERP go-to-market strategy bringing HRM expertise to the team.
• Assist the New England BU with HRM expertise in deal capture, RFP response processes, and HRM delivery.
• Manage client satisfaction in partnership with the New England account management teams.
• Apply best practices such as succession planning, member performance reviews, and finance management.
• Contribute to business strategy and RFP risk identification.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience leading medium to large project teams
• Three to six plus years of experience defining, selling, and delivering business and information technology solutions to state and local clients.
• Experience serving as an HRM policy and IT thought leader.
• Experience as a senior official in a state agency (ideally Massachusetts) is preferred.
• Understanding of state procurement processes and deal strategy.
• Experience at a technology or consulting firm with focus on HRM work a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement a growth strategy in a consulting services environment.
• Results oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&L’s, complex pricing models and contracts management preferred.
• Business development including strategic sales planning.
• Building and maintaining relationships with State and Local C-level executives with a goal to become their trusted advisor.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage the government relations consultants to accelerate meeting new and existing State and Local agency leaders, coordinate client meetings and drive value propositioning specific to administrations’ priorities.
• A keen, flexible and solution-oriented intellect; superior conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $180,800 - $228,800.
