JPMorgan Chase Associate II - ETF Operations Platform QA Test Lead in Boston, Massachusetts

Seeking a team member for an Associate II role in the ETF Operations Global Test Team.

As an Associate II - ETF Operations Platform QA Test Lead within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting the Global ETF Testing Team that is responsible for the delivery of our ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage global client Joint User Acceptance Testing (JUAT)

  • Lead ETF Platform release program QA testing

  • Provide project management reporting with control focus mindset

  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal & external Senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills with strategic approach to LOB development

  • Partner with various Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, Program Management

  • Develop into a JP Morgan ETF Subject Matter Expert

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • ETF Operations Asset Servicing with 5+ years experience

  • Knowledge of current ETF industry trends and understanding of ETF ecosystem

  • Project Management skillset and ability to multitask

  • Client service mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills with flexible approach to problem solving

  • Ability to work in a results driven environment with critical focus on accuracy and attention to detail
