CTP Account Supervisor in Boston, Massachusetts

CTP is looking for a rockstar Account Supervisor who will be responsible for leading and supporting several key accounts at the agency. To succeed you’ll need to be strategic, a communication master, energetic, organized and diplomatic.

What You Offer

● The ability to lead projects with some autonomy from strategy to media delivery, ensuring all client deliverables are met.

● Collaborating across departments and managing internal teams and external partnerships

effectively.

● Overseeing productions of all sizes, from planning to execution, utilizing agency and external

resources (e.g., TV, radio, video, and photography).

● Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, contributing to their marketing and business

initiatives.

● Building and maintaining strong client relationships, earning their confidence through proactive

engagement.

● Clearly articulating strategic, creative, and media insights internally and externally.

● Understanding the rationale behind creative work and client requests to guide projects

effectively.

● Efficiently planning and organizing team workflows to manage multiple projects successfully.

● Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with measurable results.

● Anticipating challenges, proposing proactive solutions, and collaborating with teams to address

issues.

● Exuding a strong problem solving ability, while also being flexible and adaptable

● Communicating confidently and persuasively in writing and presentations to clients and

teams.

● Driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.

● Drafting scopes of work, fee estimates, and tracking client budgets with precision.

● Mentoring junior team members, providing guidance, direction, and training to support their growth.

● Ability to be in our Boston office 2x/week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

● A minimum of 6-8 years experience in Account Management. Former agency experience & managerial experience preferred.

● Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite & Google Suite

 

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, among other job-related qualifications.
