Parker Hannifin EMEA Sàrl (“PHEMEA”), based in Etoy, Switzerland, is the Principal Operating Company for Parker in the EMEA region. Position Summary

Provide leadership and support in all functional areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employment, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to the Plant leadership team

  • Provide HR generalist day2day management & services including compliance with regulatory agencies

  • Drive sustainable Employee Engagement initiatives as High Performance Teams (HPT) and Starpoint Teams

  • Oversee HR policies and procedures

  • Source, screen and recommend new talents and conduct new employee orientation & manage employee temporary services

  • Establish constructive relationships with labor union representatives

  • Oversee Performance management practices; manages the succession planning and Talent management cycle

  • Leadership for all kinds of HR administration

  • Conduct training sessions related to Ethics, HPT’s, benefits, Safety, or other as required

  • Active member of international HR projects at Group/ Division level

  • Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs

    Qualifications

  • University degree (or international equivalent)

  • Able to build strong professional relationships across the business

  • Demonstrate continuous improvement of personal and team knowledge and development

  • Able to communicate and influence at all levels

  • High level of PC literacy, including previous experience of HRIS and MS Office

  • Demonstrate experience of key HR activities at a tactical and strategic level
