Park and Recreation Maintenance Superintendent
Department Park and Recreation
Position: CM09
Typical work hours 40 hours/week, March thru October, depending on weather. Hours may vary for weather or tasks.
JOB SUMMARY
This position maintains the buildings, outdoor slab, grounds, and ball fields of the Boundary County Parks and Recreation Department and at the Memorial Park and Rivers fields in District 2. Performs or oversees repair of all major systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, electrical and plumbing. Develops and implements plans and procedures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent. Must possess and maintain valid Idaho State Driver\'s License. Extensive knowledge of building maintenance and repair. Knowledge of chemical usage, principles and practices. Working knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation, maintenance and repair. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and be self-motivated.
