Short Description

Develop and maintain long term operational relationships with our customers while providing customer focused solutions for the toughest pump, power, climate control and specialty equipment needs within industries including: Environmental and Restoration, Refineries and Petrochemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Sewer/Water/Municipal, Underground and General Contractors, Pipelines, Utilities and Industrial Facilities, Mining/Quarries, Entertainment and Special Events.


  • Be Accessible – Our customers require 24/7 timely responses

  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with operations to deliver on those needs

  • Provide a consistently high level of customer service to all stakeholders with a view to retaining and building relationships

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through independent efforts and involvement with sales & operations teams

  • Maximize/generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all orders

  • Part of a dedicated team resolving our customer’s needs, coordinating rental activities through the field and branches

  • Provide timely and accurate billing

  • Be the go to person for pump, power, climate control & other specialty equipment both internally and externally while serving as an escalation point and educational resource for the rest of the Customer Care team.

  • Provide customers with expert advice on the selection, operation and maintenance of all the various types of equipment


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s degree, or comparable experience

  • 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience required;

  • Experience within the equipment rental industry and/or within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired

  • Basic knowledge of pumps, generators, power distribution, climate and remediation equipment highly desired
