Occupational Therapist / OTR
Full Time - Flexible - 40 hours per week
Will be expected to cover home health in the CCRC and get trained after hired as well as work with SNF, AL, and IL

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from Occupational Therapy program
Current license as a Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
