Fortive Corporation Customer Service Administrator in Bonita Springs, Florida

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for interacting with customers primarily over the phone or via email. Your primary objectives will include identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle various inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Generate quotes for services and repair services.

  • Document and address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

  • Handle inquiries regarding shipment status, billing inquiries, warranty claims, and basic product information.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues as needed for prompt resolution.

  • Maintain customer records and update information in the database as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant applications.

  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 34,100.00 - 63,300.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
