IQ RESOURCE GROUP, INC. Sanitation Technician in BONDUEL, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Works with multiple production departments to schedule sanitizing and cleaning assignments responding to reports of sanitation problems and USDA and FDA issues. - Reviews and signs off on daily sanitation / cleaning sheets to comply with company regulations. - Works with the quality department to ensure equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to company policies. - Investigates ways to reduce waste, increase efficiency in cleaning, and to improve equipment. - Adjusts daily schedule as needed to meet sanitation requirements. - Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct. - Assist with general cleaning and housekeeping throughout the plant as needed. - Fundamental knowledge of the location of cleaning supplies. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Attention to detail and good organizational skills. - Ability to adapt effectively within a continually changing and demanding environment. - Basic understanding of equipment operations, and minor troubleshooting ability. - Must be able to demonstrate an ability and willingness to communicate effectively in order to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
