As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our quality management system to
ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality
assurance and control processes, including but not limited to AS9100, PPAPs, audits, and CSA Intertek requirements.
This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive
continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with AS9100 standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and facilitate PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) activities for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements and conduct supplier audits as needed.
• Lead and mentor quality assurance team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous
improvement.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management.
