Randstad is hiring a shift lead to work with other temporary workers at a leading food manufacturer in Bolingbrook.
As a shift lead you'll be responsible for checking in our employees, reporting out attendance, and walking the floor to make sure people are in their right positions, following GMP and safety protocol, as well as resolving any issues that arise on the floor.
Pay: $18/hour
Shift:
Thurs & Fri - 6:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Sat & Sun: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Other duties include:
Safety walks
Attending Drum Beat Meetings
Reporting out any incidents or meeting notes to the site leaders
Use tools like: Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail
Sending an end of shift summary
Qualifications:
At least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or manufacturing - food manufacturing a plus
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish
