Micron Technology, Inc. Senior DRAM Product Engineer – DFT Strategy in Boise, Idaho

As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Product DFT Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will provide ideas for new DFT and Architectures to support enhanced test capability to add in future quality, yield, and test time improvements, represent key DFT to manufacturing and product execution in the form of development of strategy road maps, and lead the team in finding solutions for an array of different technical challenges that arise.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Team oriented approach to create new strategies for DRAM DFT

  • New DRAM Test Flow Strategy

  • Fail Pattern Recognition

  • Improved methodology for test time reduction and improved quality

  • RMA debug and coverage creation

  • Assist in solutions to high visibility DRAM product Issues

  • Create supporting software tools to assist in Engineering Analysis

  • Invent and Innovate anything and everything related to DFT

Education & Experience Vital for Success

  • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent

  • Strong knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality

  • Circuit level simulation and debug experience

  • Background with Semiconductor testing

  • Experience with ATE test equipment

  • Experience with multiple coding languages including Python and C++ Strong collaboration skills

  • Flexibility towards changing priorities and projects

  • The ability to multitask responsibilities while staying aware of key priority items

  • Good leadership qualities

  • Strong work ethic
