HP Inc. Senior Director, Volume Pricing : Transformation & Operations in Boise, Idaho

The Volume Pricing team sits within the Global Pricing & Deal

Management team of the Global Revenue Operations organization. The

mission of the Volume Pricing leader is to transform our volume pricing

approach globally and end to end with a focus on the customer, our

sellers and partners while ensuring best in class execution. This leader

will drive competitive and rapid pricing for HP's business, deliver higher

win rates all while maximizing revenue and margins.

The Volume Pricing Lead is responsible for supporting Partners,

Customers, and Sales teams in handling high-velocity, low-touch deals

across direct and indirect routes to market, as well as overseeing

promotional pricing.

Primary responsibilities are:

  • Lead and manage a global volume pricing operations team.

  • Drive innovation in our Global Volume Pricing approach as well

as adoption of changes through collaboration with key

stakeholders.

  • Oversee all end-to-end aspects of the Volume Pricing

framework and responsibilities, including sales support

activities such as deal management, deal updates, promotional

deals, and deal creation for Partners, Customers, and Sales

teams.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Market/Country

Sales teams, Category teams, and Pricing Analytics.

  • Drive the implementation and achievement of service level

goals and KPIs for volume pricing operations.

  • Serve as the leadership point of contact for escalations.

  • Support the implementation and rollout of new processes and

capabilities to enhance service levels and operational

excellence.

  • Facilitate the global standardization of promotional processes.

  • Ensure full Legal and Audit compliance across all processes.

  • Actively participate in the "Pricing & Deal Management"

leadership team, promoting best practice sharing, process

alignment, and consistency, as well as contributing to people

development initiatives

Per CA and WA statutes, the estimated range of compensation for this job in these locations, at the time of this posting, is $189,000 - $302,000 USD.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
