Our Opportunity Summary
As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Engineering Execution Lead/Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will collaborate with the various Engineering and Manufacturing groups to ensure that our products meet the functional, quality, reliability, and yield requirement thresholds needed to transition from development to volume production. You will also work with Marketing and Planning to ensure product availability for early customer sample demands. Tasks within this role can be as varied as creating and communicating schedules to helping to debug product issues.

Please note this is not a people manager role. You'll be managing programs/projects, and product cycle and considered a Lead.
What’s Encouraged Daily
Prepare Engineering schedule for New DRAM Products
Work with Design Engineering to identify project risks.
Work with Process Integration Engineering (PIE)
Create and maintain design documentation.
Complete the pre-silicon checklists.
Product yield goals are achieved.
Work with Manufacturing teams to ensure resources are available (Probe cards, substrates, package part trays, tester handler kits, etc.)
Work with Test and Probe to modify programs for specific product requirements.
Extract and analyze Probe and Test Parametric data.
Debug and identify the root cause for failures.
Implement fixes for fails (Design or Process)
Work with Quality Assurance (QA) Teams on customer returns to identify new tests.
Work with QA to ensure reliability.
Monitor yields and verify that yields meet projections.
Create and deliver presentations.
Publish written product updates.
Inform Planning and Marketing on product availability issues.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings (status updates, Fab, Design teams, etc.)
Act as single DRAM Engineering Group Point of Contact for a Product
How to Qualify
BSEE / BSCE, MSEE/MSCS or equivalent
7+ years of experience in Design/Verification Engineering, Product Engineering, or Product Development.
Product, Design, Yield Improvement, or related engineering fields.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with and driving multi-functional teams.
