Manage a global team of BI developers that design and code medium to high complexity reports in Tableau. Collaborate with Business users and cross functional teams to define KPIs, identify reporting requirements, design features, and specifications. Identify and escalate issues that put work at risk of delay and propose suitable alternatives. Provide effort estimation based on the complexity of the business and report design. Assess and resolve issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation and/or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors. Coordinate with IT and other Business units to standardize and implement best practices across the company. Provide support to ensure optimal performance of reports and dashboards. Support facets of data modelling and data management activities. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Business Analytics-related occupation.
