As a Process Manager Intern, you will collaborate with process owners to identify and evaluate Global Procurement business operations through data collection, analysis, and problem-solving. You will learn to carry out benchmarking tasks across a variety of sources, with the goal of streamlining current processes and orchestrating process change to set a top-tier standard. You will develop suggestions for enhancing performance. You will support leading and implementing project plans for comprehensive process improvement activities to fulfill business needs and deliver business outcomes. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to promote acceptance and realize continuous process improvement outcomes.
Process Transformation/Improvement
Support complex, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement.
Assist cross-organizational teams to define, build and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.
Support benchmarking across various sources, standardize current processes and transform processes to set a best-in-class new standard.
Evaluate processes and propose changes or improvements to help achieve goals.
Elevate process efficiency and assist transformation by applying appropriate continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Leading through influence
Support adoption with organizational change management methods and tools and capture project or program return of investment.
Ability to encourage and persuade others to adopt the change required for a successful implementation of the project.
Stakeholder Engagement
Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation.
Collaborate with process owners to define and assess process improvement
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Computer Science, and graduating after August 2025
Proficient in O365, Sharepoint, Tableau, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, Agile/backlog management (e.g. Azure, Jira, Confluence), or equivalent.
Experience in project management skills and process management, procurement standard methodologies and technology to develop best-in-class result
Demonstrate strong communication through active listening and clear communication to convey complex issues concisely and accurately to all levels
Having an aptitude for business acumen, and data fluency, leveraging insights to make a data-driven decision
Agile in adopting new tools and ways of working towards continuous improvement to better business outcomes
