The Oracle Health Hosting organization within Oracle Health Applications and Infrastructure is a crucial service to our Oracle Health Customers. OHH is a leading edge service provider of Oracle Health products. Your contribution will be vital to our success!
As a Technical Project Manager for OHAI OHH Client Experience, you will:
• Lead Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Oracle Health Hosting products, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Plan and Monitor Projects: Direct schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
• Provide Technical Direction: Assign and supervise systems analysis and program staff, offering technical support and guidance.
• Drive Innovation. Facilitate the implementation of new products, services, and processes, frequently operating at the cutting edge of technology. Recommend significant changes to existing products and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Develop and manage roadmaps among cross-functional teams, ensuring our products and services meet high operational standards.
• Communicate Effectively: Provide ongoing written and verbal updates to senior leadership, representing the division up to the VP level.

Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
8+ years of related experience in technical project management, product design, or related fields.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of Oracle Health products or equivalent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting expectations, and ensuring high standards of operational excellence.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, with superior written communication skills.
Leadership Skills: Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills are crucial. Comfort working with large amounts of data is essential.
Responsibilities:
Roadmap Management: Develop and manage roadmaps for cross-functional teams, tracking and reporting project achievements.
Drive Execution: Ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of user and developer-facing features.
Customer Experience: Maintain high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.
Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements and serve as a partner for project-related issues and questions.
Resource Management: Ensure resource requirements are in place to support projects.
Status Updates: Provide ongoing release status updates to senior leadership.
Representation: Represent the division up to the VP level independently and higher with appropriate coaching.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve division-wide issues by collaborating with key collaborators.
Diplomacy: Act as the chief diplomat for the team, accurately representing status, issues, plans, and roadmap at the division level.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships across teams to drive complex, division-wide problems to solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
