Job Summary:

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. Your primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining a safe and organized parking area. A keen attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance with parking and retrieving their vehicles.
• Vehicle Management: Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and safely, ensuring the utmost care is taken to prevent damage.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving and parking vehicles.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the valet area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assistance: Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms and assist with hand luggage. Deliver messages, run errands, pick up articles for laundry.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of vehicle keys and parking assignments.
• Other duties as required.

• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and work energetically for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
