As the DEI TA Program Manager, you will partner with Executives, Micron’s DEI team, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters to understand specific business needs and develop, implement, and execute customized recruitment strategies to attract top, diverse talent. You will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your expertise in DEI strategic recruiting and relations, promoting our world class Micron brand working with a team of talented recruiters, and building partnerships and programs with key internal and external stakeholders.

What you will focus on:

  • Lead point of contact for Talent Acquisition’s relationship with DEI team to ensure Micron facilitates an inclusive recruiting and onboarding experience

  • Partnering with organizations and institutions across North America to identify recruiting and branding opportunities

  • Strategically search for opportunities to engage with diverse organizations and institutions nationally

  • Provide and analyze data, metrics and reports to multiple partners and recommend actions to enhance business outcomes

  • Facilitate workshops and trainings as needed for Micron team members and potential candidates

  • Lead and facilitate global inclusive interview process including trainings, interview management, and program review

Capabilities/Proficiencies Required

  • Outstanding organization and planning skills and demonstrable ability to execute against set plans in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with business partners and candidates

  • Experience collaborating across organizational and geographic boundaries

  • Experience crafting and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purposes of developing positive relationships with organizations, universities and candidates

Desired Experience

  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition

  • 2+ years of Program Management/Project Management experience

  • Data analyzation

  • Passion for DEI in a global setting


  • Bachelor’s Degree


  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually
