The construction foreman will address any job site concerns, ensure safe working environments, communicate with subcontractors, construction workers and supervisors, coordinate tasks and production schedules, and train other employees. He will be responsible for ordering materials for timely completion of the assigned project. The construction foreman must communicate clearly and accurately, and possess solid analytical and leadership skills. The construction foreman will report directly to the assigned project manager and/or the companys general contractor.
