Accounts Payable Administrator
POWER Engineers is looking to add a Accounts Payable Administrator to our growing Accounts Payable team. This position is based in our Boise, ID office.
Given the nature of this job the right candidate will need:
Good working knowledge of Accounts Payable
Good accounting basics with a focus in AP
Ability to utilize AP forms for entry
Attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
General Tasks:
Process AP Vendor Invoices
Process credit card statements
Petty cash requests and balancing
Issue checks
Assist in AP weekly processes
Other AP activities as needed
Required Education/Experience:
2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Solid Microsoft suite skills
Solid communication skills
Preferred Education/ Experience:
Familiar with Dynamics or other ERP Systems
4+ years of accounting experience

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $45-$50K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
