Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing a brand-new warehouse for a rapidly growing food manufacturing company? We are a dynamic food manufacturer specializing in meal prep solutions, and we're looking for a motivated Warehouse Manager to help us launch and manage our operations in our new facility in Bohemia, NY.

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles, preferably in the food manufacturing or logistics industry.

  • leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.

  • Ability to implement new technologies and streamline warehouse operations.

  • Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) and inventory control systems.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA regulations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Energetic, proactive, and ready to contribute to the growth of a new and exciting business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

  • Implement and improve warehouse processes, optimizing workflow and inventory management.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Develop and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

  • Manage inventory control, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product availability.

  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
