Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Administrative Assistant. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to client and team satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.  * Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team and managers * General office duties and working knowledge of computers * Answer and direct incoming phone calls * Manage and book incoming leads * Greet visitors and provide assistance * Strong multitasking abilities * Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic * Reliable, punctual with good work ethic * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong personal organization skills Our Company Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.
