Strategic Account Manager

Acerca del rol

Asumir un papel de liderazgo en la gestión de la relación con los socios comerciales, impulsar el logro de los objetivos establecidos a través de la orientación estratégica y operativa y crear relaciones duraderas y sustentables con los socios y actores claves del negocio.

Principales Responsabilidades:

• Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas en el mercado a través del desarrollo y seguimiento de planes propuestos para cuentas clave (distribuidores, instituciones o farmacias)

• Maximizar las oportunidades comerciales y minimizar las amenazas a negocio a través de la implementación y gestión de programas comerciales con tomadores de decisiones claves en sectores específicos

• Generar e implementar planes estratégicos para el desarrollo del negocio

• Coordinación y alineación de las estrategias comerciales con Gerente comercial, , Gerentes de Producto, fuerza de ventas y áreas transversales.

• Garantizar el logro de los objetivos de ventas, nivel de inventario, rentabilidad e inversión definidos por la empresa.

• Consolidar las relaciones con los distribuidores y mantener una relación ganar-ganar.

• Dar seguimiento mensual al estado de cuenta y los pagos de los distribuidores.

Acerca de tí

• Experiencia en el área comercial

• Competencias técnicas: Orientación a resultados, Pensamiento estratégico, Marketing comercial, Enfoque en el cliente. Alta capacidad de análisis. Manejo avanzado de Excel. Alta capacidad de comuniación ejecutiva. Proactividad.

• Educación: Profesional en Ingeniería, Mercadeo, Administración o afines.

• Idiomas: 100% bilingüe (Español - Inglés)
