The payroll analyst will report directly to the DSA accounting coordinator He/she is responsible for preparing the payroll for AA and DSA, assuring accuracy of payments and should execute according to the internal policies and governmental procedures.
What you'll do
Work multiple projects simultaneously, setting deadlines and adjusting priorities
Work closely with all stations
Present results and follow-through to completion for all initiatives
Support the day-to-day oversight of the Disbursements and Banking activities
Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and associated journal entries
Oversee month-end AP close and ensure it is processed accurately
Assist and/or complete misc. ad hoc projects as assigned
Meet accounting goals and deadlines
Review and be familiar with accounting policies and procedures, and auditing procedures
Be aware of and sensitive to differences and work in a way consistent with the principles of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice
Maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and to ensure adherence to the Company’s Confidentiality Policy
Actively participate in regular coaching & counselling meetings, performance reviews and development meetings
Complete appropriate training as agreed with their manager and to take responsibility for self-development
Complete any tasks assigned to be consistent with the position

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Public Accounting University degree
At least 2 years work experience in accounting
Fluent in verbal and written English
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Demonstrated excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
Ability to deal with confidential subject matter
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Additional studies in taxes and local reporting requirements
SAP knowledge
