Your Role

As part of the Total Rewards team in Americas, the Total Rewards Senior Manager is managing centralized Total Reward processes within the geography. The team of experts reporting to the position support the National/Global Total Rewards Partners in the country expertise to effectively provide Total Rewards products and manage Total Rewards data and systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and manage Total Rewards processes specific to thegeography;

  • Align content, products and workflows with global standards and plans;

  • Provide daily support for Total Rewards analysis, job evaluationsand contractual documentation;

  • Maintain short term incentivization plan documents and administer bonuscalculations process,

  • Support international relocation processes and benefits in dedicatedcountries;

  • Partner with national and global stakeholder to develop processexcellence;

  • Train TR Teams, HR Colleagues and Business Partner

  • Analyze deviations from the global blueprint and recommend necessarylocal adaptations;

  • Analyze local market data to adjust practices to lates markettrends.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field;

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related areas within a complex global organization;

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a Compensation & Benefits role required;

  • Solid financial background, including knowledge of legal, tax, and employment legislation;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify large amounts of data;

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team;

  • Hands-on mentality with a high level of flexibility;

  • Excellent prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines;

  • English: Fluent (required)
