You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.
How you will contribute
You will:
Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:
Coordinador de Order to Cash enfocado en el proceso de Order Management para la región de North Wacam y dando apoyo a iniciativas de mejora y seguimiento al proceso de Crédito y Cartera.
Principales responsabilidades del rol:
Supervisar el proceso de administración y manejo de pedidos de clientes
Asegurar que los pedidos se procesen correctamente siguiendo las políticas y los controles establecidos, optimizando las herramientas y los recursos.
Apoyar la resolución de problemas operativos y la adecuada priorización dentro del proceso.
Implementar mejoras y estandarización de procesos end to end de OTC
Analizar las mejores prácticas y estandarizar los procesos para los países del Cluster
Identificar oportunidades de automatización y eficiencia para implementar en los procesos operativos tanto en el área de Order Management como de Credito y Cartera
Coordinar con equipos multifuncionales acciones para minimizar los riesgos y el impacto en los niveles de servicio
Participar y/o liderar reuniones de planificación y resolución de problemas con las áreas de logística, producción y ventas, como sea necesario
Comunicar cambios en procesos, políticas o prioridades al equipo a las partes interesadas.
Monitorear y reportar indicadores clave (KPIs)
Realizar un seguimiento constante de métricas como CFR, OTIF, No Touch y OCT para asegurar que las expectativas en cuanto a nivel de servicio se cumplan
Asegurarse de la presentación de informes periódicos al liderazgo sobre el estado de las operaciones y los resultados obtenidos
Liderar al equipo de Order Management
Dar retroalimentación y establecer planes de desarrollo para las personas del equipo de OM
Identificar patrones o problemas recurrentes y proponer soluciones proactivas
Fijar objetivos retadores acorde a la estrategia de crecimiento del negocio
Apoyar el proceso de crédito y cartera
Apoyar subprocesos de crédito y cartera como Deducciones y Aplicaciones de pago optimizando la gestión y resultados.
Influenciar a los stakeholders para la resolución de los casos que se tienen abiertos y escalar cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos específicos del puesto:
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en servicio al cliente, order management, facturación, créditos o contabilidad financiera.
Experiencia en liderazgo, dirección y desarrollo de equipos.
Con conocimientos en gestión de la cadena de suministro de clientes
Capacidad para analizar datos y poner ideas en práctica enfocado en el cumplimiento de los KPI.
Pensamiento crítico, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
Conocimiento en MS Office y excelente manejo de Excel.
Ingles avanzado (Mínimo un nivel B2).
Experiencia en compañías de Consumo Masivo (Deseable).
