OTIS Americas is seeking a processor to join its Open Order Billing Team supporting all OTIS North America. The Open Order processor role will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of Open Order transactions, support the branch offices, assist with growth initiatives, and ensure that Service Level Agreements are met. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Driven to perform well in fast-paced environment and able to stay focused on achieving targets, whether working independently or in partnership with colleagues.
On a typical day you will:
Daily Callback review, updating, and billing within SharePoint
Run the Callback Macro program for billing within the Mainframe
Update SharePoint status to billed complete once processed
Submit Customer Number requests for non-contractual customers and update the callback with that information once the number is generated
Submit write offs and cost transfers as needed for callbacks that are not billable
Follow-up with branch offices for callbacks pending their review and updating the callback as needed
Assist with other open order processes as needed
What you will need to be successful:
Education: Bachelors preferred
Experience: Sound judgment and ability to make quality and quick decisions, Outstanding communications skills (English), Strong attention to detail, Highly organized, Time management skills, Proficient in Microsoft Suite
English: intermediate- advanced
