For our project site in Boden, Sweden, we are currently looking for Site Change Coordinator to support our project team for the next two years as of now.
Site Change Coordinator
Location: Boden, Sweden (on site)
Key responsibilities include:
•Coordinate and manage all site changes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
•Develop and maintain change management procedures and documentation.
•Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to assess the impact of proposed changes.
•Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and implemented effectively.
•Monitor and track the progress of changes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
•Conduct regular site inspections to verify the implementation of changes.
•Prepare and present change reports to project stakeholders.
•Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with site changes.
