Robert Half Human Resource Assistant in Boca Raton, Florida
Description
Assist in managing internal and external inquiries related to employee relations and HR matters.
Provide administrative and project support to the Employee Relations team.
Undertake special projects, including research and data analysis, maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
Review and respond to routine mail, delegating tasks to appropriate managers when required.
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining comprehensive agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars as needed.
Generate and submit reports on HR activities.
Process time-sensitive data entry tasks and transactional requests.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
2-4 years of experience as an HR coordinator or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Continuous commitment to improving knowledge in the field and adherence to company SOPs.
