Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist, based in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Collections Specialist, you will be tasked with managing business-to-business collections, utilizing Microsoft Excel extensively, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: • Manage business-to-business (B2B) collections, ensuring timely and efficient collection of payments • Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze collection data and generate reports • Provide top-notch customer service when dealing with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues • Develop and implement collection processes and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Handle collections for commercial clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records, including tracking of payments and credit applications • Monitor customer credit accounts regularly, identifying and addressing any delinquencies • Utilize Excel Formulas for complex calculations and data analysis related to collections • Collaborate with the team to achieve collection targets and improve overall financial performance. Requirements Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections • Versatility in managing collection operations • Familiarity with Collection Processes • Prior experience in Collections and Collections • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel Formulas • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced printing/publishing environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented and the ability to prioritize tasks • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills • Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines in the collections field • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with customers • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
