Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Works closely with Senior Applications Engineer to Supports and Maintains Data Collection Systems and Integration into the ERP System.
• Support, Maintain EDI/Shipping Applications working alongside the departments those systems impact.
• Involvement of production processes (shop floor, inventory moves)
• Involvement of administration processes (Customers, quote to cash, Shipping & edi activities)
• Support SQL and Oracle Databases, leading backup and maintenance plans, security, redundancy.
• Support and Implementation of data collection equipment, Barcode Scanners, Printers, IOT, Mobile
• Providing reports, queries, dashboards from Production and Business Intelligence Applications
• Support applications/programming staff in the support, analysis and design of application software which assists in solving customer identified problems; testing of application software, ensure the result is appropriate; support, and assist in planning, analysis, design, testing, and implementation of application software.
• Work alongside Production Departments to build and implement the use of robotics, auto guided vehicles into our data collection processes.
• Liaison for troubleshooting support with third party vendors, support tickets, case escalation
• Maintain Security Patches, Application System(s) Reboots, Updates and Upgrades.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of software packages; assist in installing and maintaining both hardware and software; ensure appropriate security and access; review performance and modify as necessary; perform research and evaluate new technologies
• Coordinate with staff and vendors regarding the installation and modification to the ERP system; monitor security and access to various features of the ERP system; monitor and assist in the troubleshooting of ERP system problems; research and evaluate new technologies in the ERP system area; consult with vendors as needed to assist in solving ERP system problems; and maintain appropriate documentation
• Identify manual, excel processes that can be improved by custom applications to streamline and improve system integrations and data input

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB INFORMATION:

• The SumiRiko Ohio Information Technology Department is a service organization. It is imperative that the associates in this department have the skills and personality to effectively communicate with the users in a professional manner. This also includes the ability to discuss systems on a level that is easily understood by the user and not necessarily on a high technical level. This position requires the associate being motivated, involved in providing solutions.
• This position supports the company ERP system consisting of IFS / Radley iCARaS / Radley Data Collection

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The minimum qualifications needed to perform the essential functions of the job such as education, competencies, experience, knowledge, and skills. This should include any specialized knowledge and expertise applicable to the job.

Minimum of Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Programming.

Proven experience. Preference will be given to those with leadership experience, leadership training or desire to move into a leadership role

This position supports the company ERP system consisting of IFS / Radley iCARaS / Radley Data Collection; Experience in administration, maintenance and support of SQL and Oracle databases, report writers, business intelligence software, and Programming languages (Python, PL/SQL, Visual Basic) is required.
